Wow chicken<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

You will need: 8 pieces of chicken breast (or legs what ever you want), a cake pan, a big can of cream of mushroom soup, ranch dressing (I use buttermilk ranch), sweet and sour sauce, on stick cooking spray or veggie oil and a bowl

1) Set your oven to 350-375 degrees depending on your oven

2) Coat the bottom and sides of your cake pan with cooking spray or vegie oil (non-stick cooking spray works best)

3) Put the chicken in your cake pan

4) Take a large bowl and mix the can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. of ranch dressing, and 1/2 - 3/4 c. sweet and sour sauce. Mix well and pour over your chicken.

5) Put the chicken in the oven for 1 1/2 hour to 3 hours. (Check to make sure its done it will be white)
