Write Reviews and Make Money

Write Reviews and Make Money

If you like to write, and are trying to break into a writing career, then writing reviews may be for you. It is a great way to begin writing.

It is simple to learn and easy to start. You can review anything from humanities, history, social sciences, books, movies, websites, schools, etc.

Definition of Review: An evaluation or critique of an event, object, phenomenon, text, or place. A review is never just a summary, but also an argument that shows the positives and the negatives. It states your opinion, whether you find it exemplary or inadequate. Never be passive in your review. You will want a strong, yet respectful voice. You want an expert voice.

The length of a review should be between 300 to 1000 words. The length depends on the market you are writing for, not about. You will need to seek out their specific writing or submission guidelines.

To be a great reviewer always combines the following in your review. Be truthful. Do not make up things to sound knowledgeable. Be interesting. Always include as many details as you can. Explain all the benefits the consumer will get from this product.

You may check Craigslist now and then. Here is an example of one that was listed on April 18, 2008, http://austin.craigslist.org/wri/647602877.html. The ideal states and cities are New York, Chicago, Austin, Texas, California, San Diego, San Francisco, and LA.

There is http://www.ciao.com where you can sign up and write reviews. You then earn a revenue share as you do here. The only thing I noticed there is that it asks for your PayPal password. I gave mine and it kept saying it was incorrect. Try it out, maybe it will work for you.

Also, try http://www.reviewstream.com/?inv=lFKC3QTyTJPL. The current review rate is $2.00 and every vote pays $0.10! Not bad. You can also earn on referrals. So, please, by all means, sign up and start Writing Reviews.

You can review anything from cosmetics, medicine, health, hotels, travel, insurance, cars, education, house wares, and so much more. I, myself, just signed up here.

Another great review site is http://www.reviewme.com. It looks a bit easier to get around than ciao. I just signed up. How about you?

Two wonderful resources with information on how to write great reviews is:

Whatever you decide to write, write well.

Is 'Not Answering a Question' a "Yes" or a "No"?

That's the only way Bobbi's answered the question above so far. So good her article was, I was sure she would dutifully answer the question given ... but I guess a reply-to-a-reply-to-a-reply-to-a-reply-to-a-reply is too unworthy for her to scroll down- and reply to ...
