Well, I just started posting on Xomba, and so far it's been a little slow. I guess being new doesn't help, you have to build up a fan base. I figured that maybe the best way may be to write some about me, and to give other Xombites a reason to check out my articles.
I am a 36 year male, happily married with four children. I have almost been married for 14 years. My kids are great and sometimes they get to be a handful, lol.
I started wondering if I became more controversial if I would get more views, still wonder about that. I wonder what makes the good writers so good, is it the way they write? Or is it that they write about things they know? What makes you want to read certain posts more than others?
I could really write some interesting stories from my childhood, but maybe they may be only interesting to me. I could write about things that I know how to do, like how to do repairs on cars, or how to tie flies for fly fishing, maybe....
I hope to get some input from others who post here, a little advice never hurts.
