my 13 year old daughter  becca and i love your show-she gets home from school around the time you are on so she kinda misses some of it but she gets home for the good stuff-we both love when you help others that need it and help animals too.

becca is handicapped can't walk-doctors say maybe never who knows life is full of miracles-she was born with arthrogryposis- little to no muscle tone in her body- so from her waist down little tone-she knee walks pretty darn good- we (my hubby larry and i) are trying to get a house built here in good old jacksonville fla and it sure is taking its toll on us-getting our credit up to par etc..trying to pay our bills off-the we are building is for her handicap accessable wide open doors ramp in garage for wheelchair expanding bathroom for her-

so my hubby and i are still praying for miracles that hopefully this gets down soon. thank s for everything that you and your team do for everyone- magazine great...

hi Ellen, i have a beautiful grandaughter that was born at 24 weeks 1 lb 2 oz 10 inches long she is a fighter .she has already gone thru 11 surgeries and has more in her lifetime.she has many disabilities but tries so hard to overcome them. she is truly a gift from God. My son (the father) has has lost his job 12/08 and has yet to find work. He has lost his apartment ,his insurance and about ot loose his car. I try to help as much as i can (the economy has it me also) but   he fells as though the world is caving in on him. he is the best dad that there can possible be as he was a young single father when she was born . if you can find it in your heart to help me i would greatly appreciate it. He has since went back to school to better the life for himseld and out little angel.she is not 3 1/2 and we are told now she might have to go on growth homones since she is not thriving.we all try and stay positive  and thank God everyday for her in our lives

but wich that the burden couls be a little less for my sone. Thank you for listening and please say a prayer for both of them.

Dear Ellen:

My mother is forty-five years of age and has been diagnosed with the fathal Amyotrophic Literal Sclerosis(Lou Gehrig's Disease) barely a year ago. Since then, the disease has taken a toll on her health to the extend where she can not walk or neither use her hands to take care of herself. She is totally dependent and is bond in a wheel chair.

She has five children. At present, her  husband and her oldest daughter who is twenty - nine years of age are unemployed. As the result she is trapped in a three story apartment complex. She finds it very difficult to move or attend her regular doctor's appointment.

Inview of the above, she is appealing to your good conscious to rescue she and her family  by assisting them with a place,  preferably a ground floor house that will be wheel chail accessible and will help to facilitate her travel to and from the hospital.

MY COUNTRY IS IN BAD NEED OF RELIEF GOODS AND EVENUALLY CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TO REBUILD HOUSES FOR THE POOR WHO WERE AFFECTED  AND RAVAGEDBY THE DISASTROUS TYPHOON KETSANA.  IT WAS STRONGER THAN HURRICANE KATRINA. AND CAUSED INCREDIBLE DAMAGE TO OUR INFRASTRUCTURE.
