Four weeks ago I filed an appeal for my unemployment claim. I have not heard back from anyone. I would like to know what is going on. Thank you very much!

I have been trying for a week to get information about my claim on aug 23, 2009. There is not one single line available. No agents available is always the recording I get!! Going on line was also just useless. I have a disability and have expensive medication, so I need the compensation as soon as possible. Can you possibly help me. I have never been exposed to such incompentent customer servive!
