Jotelog.de allows you to upload photos, create your albums and watch both your profile and the ones of the others. So, it's a way to socialize too, not in the same way than in Facebook and Hi5, but there you can meet people, watch their photos and comment their pics. The structure of this site is too similar to the well known Fotolog.com and the popular Metroflog.com. I add here two links with reviews about them:
