I have missed the Hotmail chat rooms since they were eliminated, but now there exist another possibility for meeting new people into a chat room: Latinchat. There are rooms divided per ages. For example, the user can choose between 15 - 20 years old room and 20 - 25 years old room.
Ok, Hotmail's chatrooms disappeared, but if you want to use a site different that Latin chat there still exist the Yahoo Chatrooms. Enjoy!
