Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 12, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on February 1, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.darkvoidgame.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Prizes:

ONE GRAND PRIZE: A Customized Tesla Roadster.  Approximate Retail Value: $120,000. Winner may elect to receive $25,000 in lieu of the Customized Tesla Roadster.

FIVE FIRST PRIZES: A trip for two to Las Vegas, NV to test drive a Tesla Roadster.  ARV: $2,000. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. 

Total ARV of all prizes: $130,000.
