www.nyc.gov/parade the NYC Parade website is the place where you had access to the Yankees Celebration Lottery Form. The period for the submission of the entry to the NY Yankees City Hall Plaza Ceremony ticket giveaway is over and the site has a message for all the visitors that there are offers that are still being made to the passes or tickets to teh parade ceremony and it warns you against any such offers being made. 311 is the number to call incase these NYC parade tickets are still being sold.
