In my never-ending quest for XOMBA, I stumbled upon this curious artifact, unearthed from the early 1980s. Dubbed the High Priest of Cool Pop, an artist by the name of L. Richie (supposedly a once-revered R&B wordsmith and dabbler in funk) had long kept said artifact buried beneath the concrete of his basement. Yet something as sought-after as this find could not be kept secret forever...
