Xomba Blog: Be On The Look Out!

If you were not aware, Xomba unveiled its two newest contests on Wednesday. If you haven't already checked it out, go to our contest page to find out all the details!
Have you become a fan of Xomba's Facebook and a follower of Xomba's Twitter yet? If not, you better hurry up or you may miss out on the individual contests that will be taking place on both of Xomba's home pages. Who knows when they will be revealed...so make sure to check them religiously or you might miss it!
We have decided, since we have been seeing so many new faces around Xomba, that from time-to-time we will feature a new writer on the Xomba Blog.
Xomba would like to congratulate our new user Sinomangurl. She is our first new writer to be featured! Sinomangurl's articles are wonderfully written and very entertaining! Congratulations Sinomangurl, Xomba is very excited to have you join our community!
Speaking of good writers, do you feel as though you fall under this category? If so, why not apply to be a feature writer? There are still categories available. Even if the category you feel you are an expert in is not available, you can still apply to be considered for a spot on a later date.

Why would you want to be a feature writer? Not only are your articles placed on the front of your category page, but your article has a very good chance of being chosen to be displayed on the front page of Xomba as well!
Have you checked out the bottom right hand side of your screen today? If you have, you probably noticed a new box. This box is a chat box where you can talk to your friends instantly. You can only talk to your friends on the Xomba Chat, so make sure that you friend the people you would like to talk to.
Don't forget about Xomba's workshop!! Have questions for the Xomba staff? This is the place to ask them. September 17th at 11:00 am (EST) and again at 7:30 pm (EST) the Xomba team will be available live for you to ask them your questions. If you would like to know who will be answering your questions, you should check out our About Us page. You will not only learn about the Xomba staff and what they are about, but you can also see pictures of them.
Have you checked out our Make Money Guide yet? If not, it's probably a great place for you to start. This guide will inform you of all the ways you can make money on Xomba.

With all the contests you will be running at Twitter and FB - I am sure Xomba will be great hit! Apparently Taprial and Darrell have already won at contests at Twitter (congrats to both!)

Transcript of Workshop
Will a transcript of the workshop be available after the event? I seem to rememner there was a transcript for a money making workshop Xomba ran and that was really useful. I'll be away on the 17th but would appreciate a transcript to mull over...

To apply for a Feature Writer position you must go to whatever category page you would like to apply for.
Then you will see and open spot with a link that says Xomba is looking for a feature writer in this category.
Do you have the passion and expertise to share your knowledge
with our community? If so, contact us with your chosen category for further details.
You then select the contact us link and apply for the category that you are interested in.

I Would Be Honored to Be the Featured 'Grab Bagger'
I would ask for several of the featured positions, so the best-fit would be 'Grab Bag'
(I'm getting the feeling that 'this isn't the proper place for the application,' but either the application-instructions were left out- or I totally skimmed over them-above ... Besides, whoever you DO choose for the position must be able to out-'Grab Bag' me---why else would you choose them? ;-) )
