Xomba Blog | Front Page

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to drop a quick line to let everyone know that we have updated the front page with 4 new features. They include an American History Quiz, an examination of how homosexuals are portrayed on TV, a look at a quaint Bed and Breakfast in Mobile and a preview of this year's Tour de France. You can find these stories and all of the rest of our feature stories here . Lots of hard work has gone in to writing and editing these stories so make sure to show them some love and leave a comment.

In other news, the Xomba staff (myself and Nick) will be having the pleasure of going to see Tom Waits in concert on Tuesday. For some reason or another he is making a stop in Jacksonville. I'm not going to question it. Here is the video for one of my favorite Tom Waits songs "God's Away On Business":

Tom Waits

Was amazing. We were 4th row. Mind blowing.

I saw the quiz on the front

I saw the quiz on the front page and can't really say it was a very good one...not even a moderately good one. I find it troubling that this was chosen as a "history" quiz and I hope it wasn't supposed to represent credible information to be used for learning purposes. Other than that, the front page has been very much improved since two years ago. Hopefully it will continue to get better. *If you're interested in reading my articles, Click Here.

Interesting +1

Perhaps Mr. Wait is more of an acquired taste. I can't say I didn't like it, but I can't say I did either. Thanks for sharing anyway! FreeCracker4Jack Would you like to earn money writing similar articles? CLICK ME! Read more great articles: http://www.xomba.com/xombyte/free_cracker_4_jack?p
