Xomba Blog | New Features Plus Movie Announcement

Today we have some great new Featured Articles on the front page with a little bit of something for everyone.

We have the heart-warming story of 2 army wives who bond while their husbands are in Iraq, a look inside the mind of a geek, some budget bathroom decorating tips and a look at some older Olympic hopefuls.

In entertainment news, Jason Bateman, during an interview with Keith Olberman confirmed that an Arrested Development movie is in the works. To those of you who are unfamiliar with the show, it was about a dysfunctional family and it's unethical business practices. In my opinion, it was the best show in TV in the last 10 years. Unfortunately it only got 3 season of air time as it could never garner a large audience. Here is the pilot for all those interested:

This is really good news.

This is really good news. I've heard rumors about a possible Arrested Development movie being in the works, but now it's official. I agree with you that the show was one of the best shows on in the last several years. It was a little ahead of its time and had a really different sense of humor that a lot of people couldn't really get into. Also, I think the network placed it in odd time slots that maybe didn't fit the demographic of people who would be interested in the show. But the movie will probably be great. This is one movie I will attend opening night. Join Xomba and get paid for writing.
