Xomba Blog: New Hall Of Fame Members

Hey Everyone,

We're happy to announce our 2nd set of users to induct in our Hall of Fame. These users were selected with the help of our current hall of fame members. To meet the requirement you must 1) be a member for at least one year 2) Produce quality content 3) Take an active almost daily part in the Xomba community by commenting and voting. Neither ethnicity, sex, religion nor personal beliefs are taken into account when deciding who becomes a member.

Xomba selects four users every six months. They each receive a spot on the Hall of Fame page along with a limited edition T-shirt. Members are also allowed to nominate the next term's members.

Without further ado, we give you Xomba's new Hall of Famers

Please join us as we Congratulate our new Fame members!

We will be updating the Hall of Fame page as soon as we get all their information.

We'll have another update in a couple of days.

I do feel teary. My first thanks goes to Nick and Jeremy for running such a fabolous site. I am really honored to get the Abmox Prize for Literature (trust Whatup to come up with this) and enter the Xomba HOF. My thanks again to the current HOFers for finding me eligible enough to join them and Wagen, Publius and Whatup at the HOF. So thanks Rawnak, Idle, Jdubhub and Taprial! Congrats Whatup, Publius and Wagen. Finally, three cheers to Abmox and my fellow Xommbers for making this place so lively! Acceptance Speeches by New Hall of Fame Members

I'd like to read the new members' acceptance speeches - along the same lines as Oscar winners.... Would new members to Xomba's Hall of Fame sob like Gwyneth, thank everyone they've ever known or wax lyrical? Couldn't you surprise one (my choice would be wHATUP) with an impromptu presentation and film it? Do something in the Xomba office/bedroom and make official presentations to members' effigies? Film that? If you need it scripted (acceptance speeches or the presentation) drop me a PM. Seriously all the best, congratulations and well deserved
