Xomba Comment Glitch

Hey everyone,

We had an error yesterday afternoon where comments vanished. We're not exactly sure what happened, but we are trying to restore them.

Luckily, this did not happen to Xombytes or Xomblurbs. Only comments were affected(including userpoints).

Comments should be working fine now as far as posting new ones.

I'm not sure if we'll be able to restore them. Waiting to hear back from programmers.

We'll let you know something as soon a we know something.

We are going to go ahead and post the new contest and hall of fame as scheduled today.

We want you to know that we keep a daily backup of Xomba in case there was an emergency if data was deleted. Say for instance 6 months of Xomblurbs were somehow missing. So rest assured your data is safe.

Right, who cares! If I feel that it's wrong for a non-denominational (Protestant) Christian church to pretend to pay homage to a holy sacrament like communion, I should be able to walk in there and knock over the grape-juice jars and rip up the leftover-bread; it's what Jesus would do! I learned 'tenure' as it is applied to college-professors; after they've taught at a school for 'a length of time,' they are said to have earned 'tenure' (i.e. a kind of solidity on their contract).
