Well, October 2009 is complete.  There will never be another October 2009.  If you read my first ever Xomba earnings report for September 2009 you would have known that my goal for the month was to increase my activity here on Xomba and hit the $10 mark.  I do know that I increased my activity although I didn't formally quantify by how much.  I know that my AdSense impressions increased substantially.  I can also report my earnings compared to September were improved at that I met my goal.

• September 2009 Xomba earnings: $5.26
• October 2009 Xomba earnings: $10.94

I am certainly pleased by the increase.  I still have not utilized Xomba to its full potential and plan to improve my activities further this month.  I am fairly busy writing on other sites as well, but appreciate the value of Xomba to provide links to my other articles and as a venue for my own unique content.

My goal for the month of November would be to improve my linking to other sites as well as write more Xombytes.  Currently, I have 22 Xombytes and see no reason why that total can't be closer to 40.  That would come close to the total number of articles I have at eHow and should give me a side-by-side comparison of earnings potential.  I would hope that by the end of November, I would have earned close to if not more than $18 for the month.  Again, that would represent a substantial increase.

My one concern for Xomba is the passivity of my earnings.  The structure of the site does not lend itself well to finding an article written 6 months ago.  I will say that Xomba has been ranking well in Google so that if my articles are researched for keywords, that should help.  Obviously, only time will tell.  It has been a pleasure to be on Xomba for the past two months.  Here's to a productive and profitable November.
