Listed below are the rules and policies that users must adhere to while utilizing Xomba.

It is your responsibility to abide by the said rules and regulations or risk permanent expulsion from Xomba with or without notification.

The following is prohibited:

1.  Using a Xomba account, username, or password of another user  without their permission.

2.  Disclosing your password to any third party(s) or permitting any of those party(s) to access your Xomba account.  

3.  Selling or otherwise transferring your profile to another person.

4. Clicking on your own ads or soliciting others to do the same;   clicking on ads or links for the sole purpose of increasing another user's Adsense earnings;    membership or participation in a surf for pay, or a surf/click exchange, either for your benefit or for the benefit of a third party while you are a member of Xomba.  

5. Using Xomba in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Titles printed in ALL CAPS.

7. Content containing excessive, irrelevant or repetitive use of keywords in your title,  tags, or body.  

8. Content containing excessive profanity or violence.

9. Content which refers or links to the use of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.  This does not apply to educational or newsworthy items about this topic.

10. Content or links to any type of pornography, nude images,   sexual language or mature content.

11. Content which denotes or promotes any kind of violence,    defamatory remarks or hatred against any individual, group or organization.   

12. Content which promotes information which you know to be false or misleading or which may be construed as slanderous or libelous.

13. Content which solicits or posts private information/images of another user.

14. Content which involves the transmission of  junk mail, chain letters, spimming, spamming or pyramid schemes. Which includes sending unsolicited private messages to any other users.

15. Content which involves classified advertisements or affiliate marketing. We allow the use of affiliate links such as Ebay.com and Amazon.com.  Articles with these links must include a unique summary of the product.

16. Content advertising the sale of any drugs (legal or otherwise), weapons, alcohol, tobacco products, or designer goods.

17. Content which promotes making illegal weapons, hacking or creating computer viruses, gambling, or the theft of any type of trade secrets.

18. Content which covers or obscures advertisements or site navigation.

19. Content intended to harm the reputation of Xomba, Google Adsense, or our advertisers.

20. Content not written by the user.  This includes partial copying of another's work.

21. Xomblurbs should always link to where the title and summary promote.

22. Xomblurbs cannot be used to link to Xombytes.

23. Xombytes and Xomblurbs may not link to illegal live television and/or movies.  You may link to free legal websites (ex. Hulu.com). Posting to Sports' streams (including scores) is limited to one post per day.

24. All content must be posted in English.

25. Multiple posts containing the same content.  Bylines and disclaimers are allowed but each post must contain significant, unique content.

Xomba hereby claims and reserves the right to refuse membership or remove any material at any time, without cause or explanation.
