Xomba:My fourth daily update
posted October 17, 2009 - 5:04amThis is my fourth daily update on Xomba, so far I have managed to reach 650 reads and I am very proud of this figure. I have managed to reach all my daily goals so far and I hope to continue to do so in the weeks to come. Yesterday I began using google trends to help me find the most popular stories to write about and today I am going to be looking into bookmarking. I am already on stumbleupon, digg and reddit, I will be looking into a few more and adding my links to all of them. One other thing I am going to be looking into is facebook networked blogs, I read about it in another article on Xomba but I never got round to putting it into action so I will be focusing on that as well today.
My main goal for today aside from looking into other ways of maximising my reads and therefore increasing my income, is to reach 25O reads, it may not seem like a lot but I am slowly working my way up the scale and hopefully by the end of next week I would have reached 1000 or more reads per day. By the end of today I should have reached 900 reads.
I plan to submit 5 bytes and 5 blurbs for the day and try and remain active in the Xomba community.

You Go Girl!
Had to come and see how you are doing! Awesome apparently! I could never write that much in a day...when do you sleep? :)
Off and Running
Yes, we do need to network to learn everything to reach the stars. I've only been here 1.5 days but I'm not where close to where you were at that point. You are such a talented, prolific writer! You'll go far as a freelancer!
Congratz on the new baby boy! Hope he's doing wonderfully and letting you get some sleep sometimes.
It's just me, my elderly mother who I care for, and my four parrots. The parrots get called FIDs (feathered kids) since I have no children without feathers.
Thanks for taking the time
