Xomba:my nightly update

I have been here on Xomba for 6 days and I am still so impressed with it, I have reached over 1200 reads and my adsense account is looking much healthier than it did before I joined Xomba. I have been setting myself goals but I will say that I did not achieve my goal for today. I planned on reaching 400 reads but I got like 170 or something. I must admit though I did not focus so much on Xomba I was doing my freelance work and getting assignments for my writers offline so I did not really get the time to put all my energy into it. However I did submit a couple of pieces and I did check out some other ways of getting my content noticed. I have decided to set up a blog about writing to help promote my stuff and other talented writers. I have come found this site called small rivers and it connects similar content and creates a wave of readers to your blog page. I have signed up with that and when the blog is up and running I will be using that and other bookmarking sites not to mention facebook, myspace, bebo etc to promote my work. I am very used to promoting writers offline but not online, this is all new to me. However I think I am learning fast.

I have a list of articles I need to get done by the end of tomorrow, I have also decided that I am going to start extensively researching one particular topic, in order to become specialist in that subject. I am optimistic about my future online writing career, I believe that I can achieve some great things and I am glad that the Xomba community will be following me every step of the way!
