Bob Green studied health and physical education at the University of Delaware and then went on to get a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Arizona. Along with being an exercise physiologist, he is also a certified personal trainer and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. For the last two decades, he has specialized in fitness, metabolism and weight loss.

He worked at a spa in Telluride, Colorado, where he hired and trained the fitness staff. It was there that Mr. Green met Oprah, and she first became his first client. He later moved to Chicago to help her stay fit and train for a marathon. Five years, and Oprah's 90-pound weight loss later, he was still working as a trainer in Chicago, where he was able to reach millions via Oprah’s television show and the books on fitness, and dieting that they co-authored together.

Okay, I posted a great xomblurb for Fashion Wigs for Women, but what about the men? Well, I found a web site that caters to men, WigWarehouse.com. They have synthetic wigs, or toupees, and human hair wigs. They have African-American wigs, short top pieces, and monofilament top wigs. They have wigs for Halloween, and other costume pieces, too. They carry women's wigs also, and hair accessory clip on pieces like ponytails. They even carry false eyelashes. They have wigs for kids, and wig accessories, also.

Keep in mind these aren't your Grandpa's toupees! The new microfiber wig fibers are as thin as human hair, and look real. And of course, you can always order a real human hair wig, but it will cost a lot more then the synthetic version. The dye has also been updated in the modern synthetic version with highlights, and subtle hues. Microfiber takes dye extremely well. And the customer service department with send you samples to help you match your hair color.

If you don't like the wig, if it doesn't fit, you can always ship it back. However, if you take it to your hair stylist to shape, and style then it will be too late to send it back. It keeps its shape, and curl even on bad rainy hair days. What do you have to lose!

1) Set the table, set the mood. No fast food.

2) Eat slowly. I repeat no fast food.

3) Sip, nibble, repeat. I repeat again, no fast food.

4) Drink wine with food. A glass of red or white with food promotes better digestion. I repeat one glass of wine with lunch and/or dinner. Keep in mind a French lunch runs two-hours. Much has been made recently of studies that show the health benefits of daily, very moderate wine consumption. I repeat moderate consumption, no binge drinking on Friday night.

Don't believe the scams in the paper promising US Jobs for a "test preparer payment." Just check out the Federal Government's web site, and apply for a job that you are interested in, and qualified for. If you have to take a test later, your local library, or bookstore can help you find a manual that will help you prepare.
