Orkut.com appears at first glance to be a myspace type site. In the "Web 2.0" tradition, orkut is a site that allows you to socialize and meet new people on the internet, all through the filter of people you already know. It is like an extra level of screening, so you can meet and associate with people who are more like you I guess.

I haven't joined orkut.com--in fact, I'm not big on the social networking sites. I think I will join orkut though--it seems like an interesting site.

I found a link to the following site and someone told me it is one of the best websites to find free online video games. It's called AllGamesAllFree. There is a ton of video game content at this site.

You got your action and adventure games, shoot 'em up games, puzzle video games, sports games, flash animation games, and more.

Basically, you can kill a lot of time playing video games at this site. Warning, video games are addicting.

It is mostly used by the young anime-loving youth. Social interaction these days is getting pretty crazy and interesting.

Twitter.com seems to be all the rage. I am not exactly sure why. It seems simple enough--it is an online social networking site where users answer a simple question: "what are you doing right now?" Apparently, you can also use your phone to "sms" a message directly to the site informing other members what exactly it is you are doing.

Twitter has recently become enormously popular and gaining an increasing number of new members. I guess Twitter is a useful site for keeping in touch with friends or just getting into new conversations or meeting new people online.

The site is called twitter.com--interesting name. So, what are you doing right now?

The layout of the site is simple--there is a basic start page where you can choose the category of documentary you want to watch: biographies, business, religion, health, history, technology movies, etc.
