Fitness and Wellness: Research for Self-Search for A Human within Us (The Creactive Art Way)
Research for Self-Search for A Human within Us for the self-fitness and wellness (The storical way for global health awreness)
He wanted to know what is research so he went to see his teacher at the university. The teacher told him that the research is not searching it in the books and making comparison and contrasts; rather it is the management of knowledge such that wisdom becomes our common sense in everything we do. However, it may make books speak when one reads after having the idea and insight of what is research. He again asked about knowledge and its relation to research. The teacher replied that we take three dimensions of thought and knowledge:
1. Ancient Faculties of knowledge
2. The Modern or the Contemporary Faculties of knowledge and
3. The Re-cyclic process of Ancient and Modern knowledge for Future
He pondered and again asked his teacher about big claims that we make about knowledge. The reply was that our claim that today we have one of the best faculties of ideas, thought and knowledge faces a serious challenge for our future generations, the children and for us too. It is the re-cyclic process of this IT that we usually find same as the renewal and up-gradation, by craving and collecting more and more information and knowledge. The re-cycling is evolution of knowledge without which the human knowledge remains just a wisdom that we may never use. The practice of wisdom is the re-cycling of the knowledge, which is, applied research work of the pure knowledge, which a human cannot do without the personal touch. The teacher called it a robotic problem.
He could not understand what it means so he asked the teacher to explain. The reply was that our actions are robotic, i.e., readymade as we may not have any emotions in the future in our actions. The worst that may happen seems that our actions will be only activities on the conditions of stimulant and response theory without enjoying what we are doing. This limitation of knowledge faculties seems the degenerating of our joy as humans. We are learning about things, persons and places adding the best possible information and knowledge. The way we gather these faculties of knowledge about ourselves is so little that we to give verbal expression to each thing that we feel and do. This slowly weakens the bond among humans. In other words, our non-verbal communication is making us lonely and uneducated, as we know little about it.
His studentship was awoke saying that we go here and there just to speak what we want to speak and listen what we want to listen. This known speech of speaking and listening is one of the examples that it is becoming a robotic activity not personal experience of non-verbal communication. He wanted to know more and got the answer that we all happen to know that more we speak lesser is what we really do. Therefore, this process of adding words in the communication is not re-cyclic. By re-cyclic we mean that communication is between the meanings not the words, we ignore that our mind has a bigger and superior interpreter of words that gives both emotions and feeling gathering its effect on our body, mind, soul (conscious level) and heart. These effects are the actual communication in which person is involved.
The how and why was the natural part of his next question. He got answer that a human with the desire to speak and hear the desired words usually breaks down his or heart, body mind and soul. As in it one is fully alert and aware what is sought to hear and speak and making the rapport well so that joy of the communication, though not personally involved, gets better verbal feedback. The example of a tree can make it better for comprehension, while caring for the tree; we look at its trunk, branches, leaves, flower and fruits. Any change in its any part indicates that we do not treat it well. We search solution for it, should we ever forget that it is part of non-verbal communication!
The teacher further added that we seem to treat others, while ignoring the fact that one has body, mind, soul, and heart along with the whole functioning parts inside and on the body. These need non-verbal communication. Whatever we have discussed above is human resourcefulness and thus mutual development of a human as a complete identity of existence. The HRD for all purposes is to make the individual a research oriented person looking for the best management of emotional, intellectual and time energy without forgetting that the human body is a re-cyclic supercomputer of nature for all things that make one contributor. The joy of being contributor makes an individual a resource for human development on the backbone of personal development. Accepting others as they are seems to make professionalism a personalized activity in which one can enjoy his or her work.
They sat silently for some moments. The teacher said that none among us is identical so why waste time in making such a verbal communication so that others become robotic which if they happen to be we may not tolerate hem for very long. The lost art of joy in the form of non-verbal communication seems the result of such conditioning, which the trained person gets. Just giving it a touch that we may communicate with own knowledge by ourselves to re-cycle it into wisdom, until, we become a wise and the civilized. Finally saying it as that the verbal facilitator may never become non-verbal healer as in gaining just one art many are lost, forgotten and thus sacrificed making us sick who seek the healing touch that we have personally in our non-verbal communication with our self, nature and the beyond.
It was the first time that he looked at the teacher recognizing him as an open book. The silence that they shared was like reading each other without a desire for words. They always communicated as the search was finished. The student never used words without meanings that create feelings. It was his known field of research, the search for self for better self-fitness and welness.Have A Happy Life!

Mother's Rose and the Rainbow
Mother's Roes and the Rainbow
On the bank of the river
Near the city
And outside the buildings
But behind the old trees
I saw a rose.
I do not want to pluck it
Because it attracts me
When it is in the garden
On the bank of the river,
The rose reminds me
Of the rainbow
It seems to me
That this rose was
Once standing on the rainbow
Because, I see its color
In the rainbow and
I feel that
The rainbow has manifested itself
On the earth,
In the flowers and trees
And when I see birds
In different colors I feel
They are telling about
The stories of rainbow,
I find the virtue of nature
In the rainbow
And feels like a human being
Yes, Rose is a child of beauty of rainbow
The manifolded care from my mother
As if wishing Happy Mother's Day
In seven color and singing with
The seven sounds of the gamut. Happy Mother's Day!

Morality and Religion for Peace and Conflict Resolving
Morality and Religion for Peace and Conflict Resolving
Morality signifies a code of ethical principles, which are essential for leading a noble, peaceful and harmonious life. Moral education is the education of the heart, without which no individual can be completely human. Moral virtues promote the social efficiency of an individual. The value system thus becomes a practical way of living rather than sharing our broad knowledge that we usually acquire from others, including the books. We seem to learn, think and feel it, the self felt feelings of our experience going beyond the philosophy, and thus reaching the level of practical philosophy and other faculties of knowledge, the creative thinking and scientific feelings, which is the subject matter of Philselfology.
Morality is the experience, which human beings have, which makes us different from animals. The feelings of shame and pity are the starting factors of morality in human beings. When we experience the feeling of reverence, the morality is established into proper human form different from that of animals. The feelings of reverence and love form the moral basis of religion in a human. In its true form, religion is also an experience, not merely reading or knowing. Both morality and religion are based on inner development of human beings. A person with experience of both would be satisfied and have peace of mind, no matter how we judged him or her by his or her outer way of living and personality. It is from morality that we gain the feeling of reverence; however, this is very natural in a sense. We submit ourselves to something, which, we consider, is higher and better than us to become like it. This is the point where it is intended to say that morality does depend on religion even though morality in itself has its uniqueness. However, while we are going to talk about the dependence of peace on morality and religion, we are taking religion in its true form, i.e., a true religion, not the one which human misuse or deforms. The true religion speaks about the love and grace of the Absolute, Nature and the humanism, which is also an integral part of morality.
Since we seek goodness in its highest form, i.e., we want to be perfect even though we cannot, we see that goodness in its highest form is in God or Mother Nature. Since God or Nature is good, whatever, He commands is also good. We, therefore, conclude that the Divine Command Theory gives the right and good morality that we need to achieve the best standards of goodness, having said that it is from the only source of goodness; God. This is to emphasize that what God commands is right not because it was already right but because God has existed from the beginning of time, Religion is based on the Divine Commands Theory. In other words, we can know what God commands from religion, though; in some cases, the Divine command comes independently to those, who do not know about religion. The intention here is to say that there is a relationship between morality, religion and Divine Command Theory. However, religion and the Divine Command Theory are more attached than separated from each other.
It is important to gain good qualities but a more important thing is to maintain them. In other words, true living is higher than truth. Morality includes good qualities like love, reverence, pity, shame etc. we can gain these qualities but it is hard to maintain them. Religion helps and enables us to maintain them. Therefore, in other words, the Divine Command is the greatest help in maintaining them. Before the comings of Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, Lord Buddha, Lord Christ, Lord Mohammed, Guru Nanak and many other divine comings, the morality was largely losing its meaning i.e., people were losing the experience of having morality but through the Divine Command which came through these great prophets, the great help come to maintain and moreover to acquire, maintain and develop morality. It is worth while to state that we can, in most cases, know the Divine command from the teachers of religion like the prophets mentioned above. Moreover, this is a kind of dependence of peace on morality and religion. It is like saying that teachers in the schools, colleges, universities etc. maintain (or preserve) the education even through education may be independent of them.
The Divine command is the universal and thus the most desirable as for as the globalization and or universalizing of anything is concerned. All knows the Divine command, as St Paul said in his letter to the Romans that when Gentiles who do not have the law do by nature what the law (Jewish religious commands) required; they were law into themselves, even though they did not have the law. They showed that what the law requires is written on their hearts. It makes us feel that peace is based on the Divine command as the command (or law) is written on the heart, When we take St Paul's words for religion we see that Divine command about Jewish religion (Law) leads to peace. Moreover, therefore, the morality that is necessary for peace is based on religion in his words. Also as we are giving the example of St. Paul, we realize that morality in Israel was based on religion and again by saying that law is written on everyone's heart, we are saying that morality is based on religion and accepting others as we are and moreover, ourselves as we are. But, besides this, we are clear about it that the Gentiles were not religious (Jewish) so; we can conclude that the Divine command is obeyed even outside the religion, which means that religion is dependent on Divine command. Moreover, as morality is experience and a natural thing, so it is also dependent on Divine command on the basis that from the doctrine of God as the creator and source of everything, we see that there is a real and objective difference between right and wrong which is rooted in the will of God and thus in His command.
It is natural that the child acquires and develops reverences for his mother, father and other elders as one grows. Similarly the child acquires feelings of shame and pity, as he grows, which are the basis of human morality and religion want to preserve the most natural form of morality and as we have already stated that the important thing is to maintain, that is what religion seeks and does in its true form so as to bring peace. As far as independence of morality is concerned, we can say from our experience of history of human civilization, that anything which cannot maintain itself, no matter if it has uniqueness and an independent form, would need more or less dependence on something else which is broader that than thing. On this base, we see that religion is broader than morality as we see that religion is not entirely based on morality but on Divine command which is broader than even religion itself, because religion is based on Divine command which means Divine command should be broader otherwise religion cannot maintain itself and it is so.
There can be situations in which we start making judgments as to whether God is right or wrong. This is clear from the story of Abraham and Isaac in the Holy Bible. Abraham became a father at a very old age with God's blessing and he loved his son very much but one day God asked Abraham to sacrifice Isaac. We may think that God is wrong because we think it is wrong to sacrifice one's son. However, God tested Abraham's faith, but when he wanted to kill Isaac God stopped him. Here the holy Bible says that God did this to test and to bless. In other words, the holy Bible justifies God's action. This is one extreme position where it looks to us that God did a doubtful thing but this was right. This also expresses that the standards of morality that are without Divine command cannot be absolutely justified or satisfied and in such cases morality goes nearer to religion and thus the Divine command instead of human understanding for peace. The greatest justification comes when we do not have any alternative at all. The Divine command to love one another, on a positive basis or on a moral basis, cannot have any alternative. More justification comes when we say that to hate someone is self-punishment. Therefore, we see the dependence of morality on religion or Divine command can be justified in this way.
In conclusion, we see that to maintain morality, religion is very important. As a positive view, the moral basis which religion gives cannot have any alternatives, which means dependence of morality on religions is justified. Here we mean, alternative to good cannot be other than good and if we would have than we would not know what that good was. Moreover, if we provide bad as alternative to good, it would mean our thinking is not based on morality and goodness, i.e., we are negative in this sense. This is a particular kind of dependence on morality of human beings on religion. As the Sun is the source of heat and light, which does not need our contribution, similarly God or Nature is the source of all good things. Therefore, His command will only benefit us. We have seen that morality, religion and the Divine command Theory are broader than each other and interrelated such that peace depends upon these. So morality can be independent of religion, as some human beings may believe, but it cannot maintain itself, therefore it is dependent on religion. However, when we relate morality, society and individual, we see that individual cannot easily maintain morality if he or she is not dependent on society, similarly morality though can exist independently but always needs broader base like religion. Therefore, we should not only respect morality but religion as well to bring peace for ourselves.
Let us pause and ask our self
* Are we aware that morality and religion along with divinity and
spiritualism are divisions and sub-divisions, which are, in their true form, are meant for peace for all?
* Do we accept that morality and religion have always aimed at the message that we should love one another as we love ourselves?
* Do we comment on the philosophy of religion without studying and experiencing it?
* While resolving peace conflicts, do we listen the voice of the divine command present in the voice of our conscience?
* Are we sharing with our kids and children that morality is the best way to resolve the personal conflicts, so that we may contribute to human community as a part of all joys, blessings and gifts that we share as the humans?

The article is an abstract from my published book: Self Improvement for Peaceful Living. It was edited for publication in the magazines, and was published. Initially it was one of the topics in Philosophy at the Adelaide University South Australia, where, I composed it in the wisdom of east and the west. It says that we all can accept others as we are, and it always helps. This is in accordance with Divine Command Theory, God's Good Will, Religion and the related aspects of the morality and the value system that we need for peace and conflict resolving with non-violence. Thanks!

PHILOSOPHICAL QUEST FOR PEACE AND CONFLICT RESOLVING
PHILOSOPHICAL QUEST FOR PEACE AND CONFLICT RESOLVING
There is a very beautiful and blissful relation between materialism and spiritualism, that is, matter and soul. We take one of the most ancient personalities for this timeless topic; Plato is one of the greatest philosophers who knocked our modern civilization. He and many others tried to put Philosophy into practical shape, which we have tried to explain as Philselfology. We will take Plato's quest for peace of mind as he expresses it as "Form": the very essence of peace and harmony in our learnning to live and of living in general . It is the contrast between thought and perception. It seems that this one sentence leads us into the realm of 'Theory of Forms" which Plato gave.
In Plato's view, the sensible objects (or things) are not perfect but there are perfect entities, which are invisible to us. They are forms. They (forms) are realities of which sensible objects are mere appearances or phenomenon and each form is perfect original, of which sensible things are imperfect copies. What he is trying to say may be put in logical way that they (sensible objects) are only semi-real and occupy an intermediate position between what is completely real (the forms) and what is completely unreal. In "Phaedo" Socrates talks about 'Forms'. However, it seems fair to call it Plato's 'Theory of Forms' because the essential reality, the form or idea-Plato's view of it is what takes him beyond Socrates to a distinctive doctrine of his own. In "Phaedo,” there are the arguments which are based on the theory of Forms, and which lead to establish (or try to) that soul is immortal as the argument for immortality in the "Phaedo" were largely based on the simple and uniform nature of the soul and its kinship thereby with the Forms. It seems that Plato's view the soul is the bridge between this world (sensible world) and 'hidden world' (as he calls) and throughout it, we can comprehend and gain knowledge of both worlds. Once the forms have made their appearance, it is by means of the soul and its functions that Plato endeavors to bridge the gap between the two worlds. However, it also seems that his concern is to get knowledge of hidden world. Moreover, Plato's effort throughout the "Phaedo" is to show that the immortality of the soul is somehow involved in its relation to the Form. It seems acceptable to consider first the Theory of Forms and then how Plato uses it to argue for the immortality of the soul.
It appears hard to comprehend but easy to criticize the theory of forms leading to immortality in modern views we have. However, it seems wise here to first comprehend what Plato was thinking in his own views. To start with, the theory of forms seems, the analysis of change of any kind in any thing. This, one of the ways of explanation is so logical and beautiful that it touches intellect of any age. Ordinary things and creatures in the everyday world are mutable. A leaf, which was green yesterday, may be brown today. A change is always a change from something A to something else B, and A and B cannot themselves be things that change. In other words, it seems that (Plato's) one form does not change to the other form itself, so these forms are independent. In this example of leaf, the color was changed from green to brown. However, this relation is simple. However, then Plato brings very intellectual and complex idea of form, which leads us to think about the hidden world, which Plato describes. If we ask for the object which we reason about say sum of the angles of a triangle is a straight angle i.e., general form of shape of the triangular. We reason about the visible, permanent, perfect, unchanging and opposite free triangle. It seems that Plato puts this triangle in hidden world and all other triangles are drawn from the thought of the triangle. It is wise to mention that, while these ideas are leading us to hidden world, this idea of triangle and triangles, give idea of "one over many" which is also one description of Forms. In all triangles, there is one thing common, that is, shape of the triangular. We cannot count all leaves in the forest but we know one thing that there is one thing common among all kinds of leaves and that is "leaf." It implies that "leaf" is 'Form', as it seems to. It seems that Plato is putting the idea that we may not see all things but from the 'Form" they have we can know about them in certain sense.
With Greek's mathematical touch, Plato puts mathematical thought into the theory of Forms. The nature of numbers and of mathematical thought is important explanation of Forms. As we have seen in the example of triangle that mathematical thought of triangle is a fair example of 'forms'. Moreover the nature of numbers represents what we may call "timeless truth", that is, what we know about particular things, creatures, etc. in everyday world are tensed truths for example we cannot say that 49 used to be a square number. If this statement is true, it is eternally or, better timelessly true. It seems that this view leads that 'Forms' are timeless entities. This takes us to 'forms' in a way, which can not be attached to (or attained by) body but soul, because in general ideas we can establish whatever want to by our knowledge and power of reasoning. In general, the very possibility of thought and language about any subject matter at all. This gives idea that generality, in this way leads to any side of the 'Form.' However, by keeping one thing in mind that forms are invisible to the eye, but the mental organ that sees them, it does not appear in two or more different ways. Therefore, it seems intelligible to take 'Form' as unique for what it is for, even though we can consider many sides of it. For example the for example the Form 'courage' can be taken necessary or not necessary for humans, but 'courage' in itself is unique 'Form.'
Now we consider very important thing, the contrast between thought and perception. Plato says that this world (sensible or visible world) is not perfect. The visible world is imperfect, contradictory and unreal. Knowledge by perception is particular, superficial and worth little compared with what rational thought can give us. Moreover, he says that the mind is like 'forms' simple and invisible and the mirror of its objects of thought. Because Plato believes that, there is the "hidden world." It is not point of our concern to prove. This world is not real, so he from his views on forms thinks and believes that whether this "hidden world" exists or not. However, it is important to realize that from these definitions Plato starts building the concept of the immortality of the soul. He brings forward very fundamental idea that certain sorts of relationship hold among things-opposite generally. He supports this argument with intelligent understanding. For example, whenever we put number 3 it will bring oddness with it. Even though 3 are sharing oddness with infinite odd numbers but there is, something, which is of great importance, that is, 3, does not have its opposite. However, opposite of oddness is evenness and if we bring evenness both oddness and 3 will disappear or leave. Therefore, oddness and evenness are opposite forms. Therefore, while oddness can never become evenness, these are Forms. Similarly death and life are opposite of each other. Moreover, life and soul go together as Plato says. As death is defined as separation of soul from body in "Phaedo." Now in "Phaedo" Socrates develops many arguments in favor of immortality of the soul.
Socrates gives an argument to show that when pairs of opposite exist, the one comes from the other sleeping is succeeded by waking, walking by sleeping and walking by sleeping. In the same way, from life comes death and form death, life. In Plato's (or Socrates’) mind, it follows that the souls of the dead exist somewhere, and come back to earth in due course. Socrates believes that issued form the hand of God, the soul lives in the presence of the forms. It appears reasonable that death and life generate each other when we consider the argument that all things, which have opposites, are generated from their opposites. Anyhow, besides this argument, Socrates brings the argument of recollection that the fact that we have ideas such as exact equality, which cannot be derived from experience, yet we know what we mean by absolute equality from previous existence. Here he argues that in our learning we recollect which he believes to be from the past life. Moreover, from this he concludes that the soul must, therefore, have existed before birth. This recollection is also concerned with Forms. For it is with coming to understand certain concepts, in particular those that give rise to Theory of Forms that the doctrine of recollection is concerned.
Socrates next argues that the soul must be immortal in virtue of its affinity to unchanging and eternal Forms. This argument is known as Affinity argument, it brings very important point to be considered, and that is that soul is imperishable. It may lead us to write this about soul that the eternal preservation of the soul in the cold storage of eternally frozen absolute forms. Socrates puts very logical and intelligent arguments to argue that soul is immortal and imperishable. In his final argument, he says, soul, which brings life to the body, cannot admit death, and it is therefore immortal. Moreover, since the immortal is imperishable, soul cannot perish but withdrawn at the onset of death. When we reflect on the theory of forms and how it is used to argue for the immortality of the soul, we seem to be agreeing with Plato. Concerning the criticism of this we can say that Plato did not deduce the theory of Forms from false premises. The only odd thing which may be for modern reader is that Plato believes that we believe few things too, as he does one other thing to be mentioned is about Plato is revolutionary effort, is that "Phaedo" with the feeling that Plato has not succeeded in saying all that was in his mind. It seems logical to conclude that by means of fascinating argument that the death of the soul is utterly inconceivable since it is self-contradictory. Not only is the soul eternal and immortal, the statement the soul is immortal is a logically, necessary truth.
So we conclude that the immortal element, the soul in human, is one with and non-different from God or Nature and it is identical with the soul of all humankind. Yet, common sense assures us that each soul is different from every other soul and that god is different from the sum total of all souls. It is the duty of the philosopher to investigate into the problem as to whether there is one soul or many and whether every individual soul is different from every other. If we consider the question carefully we will find that we cannot say that each soul is a numerical entity, for we cannot apply the notion of number to spiritual being. We can speak of a material body in terms of arithmetic but arithmetic only treats of two things, extension and duration, neither of which can be applied to spiritual being. Hence, it is not philosophic to speak of the soul as one or as many. Thus, we all as human beings are seeking peace of mind for ourselves with oneness with Mother Nature or God or dynamic continuity of vitality of universe.
Let us pause for philosophical approach for peace and conflict resolving
* Have we ever tried to resole conflicts of peace within us?
* Are we aware that great people like Plato, Socrates, and Aristotle etc. were great peacemaker for their ideas and actions were peaceful and ideal?
* Do Plato and Socrates describe us appreciating the essence of peace that lies behind the forms as?
* Do we understand that peace is an outcome of harmony between spirit and matter, i.e., spiritualism and materialism?
* Are we going towards peaceful conclusion after passing of so many centuries?

Wildlife Life in Jungles and at HOME
Wildlife Life in Jungles and at HOME
“We are going to a trip to jungle, is not an adventure?” he asks his elder sister.
“What adventure is in it the jungles are just jungles?” she replies.
“You are in grade 7, when you were in grade 3, did not you went to the trip to the jungle, have you forgotten it” he asks.
“No, I enjoyed it, well going to the jungles seems good for children only, is not it?” she ask.
“Can you enjoy the jungle books, I mean books on the jungles?” he asks.
“Yaw, I like it I enjoy to see wildlife on TV, it is so beautiful, is not it?” he says.
“When you can enjoy it on TV, how is it possible that you cannot do while enjoying it in real experience?” he asks.
“What do mean by real experience?” she asks.
“Can you enjoy dogs, cats and other animals in the portraits, pictures, TV and in other animation movies?” he asks.
“Yaw, I enjoy it, it is very gorgeous, is not it?” she says.
“Is not it really gorgeous, when you play with our dog and cat? Should not we leave it in the jungles?” he says.
“Sometimes, you just get crazy, I like jungles and know that it very beautiful, but I never get time out of my studies, so I just said it, why do you take everything for granted?” she replies.
“I do not agree,” he says.
“What do you mean that you d not agree?” she asks.
“You have time to see TV, talk on mobile, go to play and do so many other things, how comes that you do not have time to go to the jungles?” he asks.
“Ok, I will go to the jungles with you all of you, I know that you enjoy both your studies and other things, I just wonder why we grow up. I wish I could have lesser home work and more time to enjoy,” she says.
“You can enjoy, you just feel you are grown up, do not bother so much about your big body, just feel as if you act like a kid when see children’s movie,” he says.
“You… I am not talking about big bodies, I am saying grown up, cannot you understand it?” she says.
“You are just a kid you know, if you just look at your big body, even the small babies look big like you, is not it?” he says.
“Are you monkey? What do you mean the small babies look like me?” she says.
“If we were elephant’s kids only then it could happen,” he says.
“If we were rat’s kid then?” she asks.
“Then we would be like tails of the elephants, is not it?” he says.
“O My God, what makes you think of elephant so much?” she asks.
“I like the way it walks and takes bath, I like elephants as you like dogs, and you know the elephant does not bark like a dog. Is not it?” he says.
“It does not have mouth like dog, so it cannot bark, it gives a very good smile, is not it?” she says.
“I always wonder to see it smiling, do you also wonder?” he says.
“I have never seen it smiling, when did you see it smiling?” she asks.
“You say you are grown up, but you know nothing, it always shows its two teeth, I laugh to see it, I do not know why it keeps on laughing all the times,” he says.
“It is same as dog, it barks all the time, is not it?” she says.
“Yaw, it barks and wastes so much energy that its tail is always bent and the elephants laughs so much that cannot hide its teeth, they are similar, is not it?” he says.
“Yaw, do you know why the dog barks at the elephant?” she asks.
“Yaw, I know it, my granny says that the elephant laughs too much and the dog believes that it is laughing at its bent tail, so it barks at it. Therefore, whenever the dog and elephant meet, they cannot talk, one keeps laughing and the other keeps barking. She says that elephant does not bother about dog’s barking, as the dogs are good friends, they just bark to tell the elephant that always laughing is not good. Therefore, the elephants become serious when the dogs bark, is not?” he says.
“Yaw, the elephant gets serious because it always bothers about balancing the weight it keeps,” she replies.
“Why are you making fun of its weight? It just want to enjoy the bath and sand bath it takes, the dogs just digs it for the elephants so that it can take the bath. It barks because it tells the elephant not to enjoy the bath that way as the sand and mud bath is also important like sunbath, is not it?” He says.
“Yaw, all animals are good friends when there are laughing elephants and barking dogs in the jungle, is not?” she smiles.
“Yaw, you are right, we will go to see the laughing elephants like Dolphins, thanks for going with us, good night and have nice dreams,” he says.
“Good night, always keep smiling,” she says.
“All right, we will ask the elephant how to laugh always as well,” he replies.
She smiles and recalls the trip, when she went to the see the jungles first time, while enjoying every moment.
Let us pause and think about the wildlife and our pets
Are not we great that we have natural gardens grown in jungles?
Is not is Mother Nature’s pets enjoying her caring in the jungles?
Is not it beautiful to see hear and read stories about kingdom of animals in the jungle, from others and especially granny?
Is not it blissful when we observe the natural life glorifying itself in the jungles and other natural places like zoo, parks, etc.?

Prayer as a Talk with Mother Nature!
Prayer as a Talk with Mother Nature!
“Well, you see when we smile and thank, we offer thanksgiving, is not it?” he says.
“Hey, I feel as if I am always talking with Mother Nature and God because I always smile and thank. Is not it wonderful? Does this kind of self-talk or imagination help us?” I ask.
“Yaw, you know my granny says that the proper imagination and our prayers make help us to interact with Mother Nature in mind, is not it?” he says.
“Does this communication help?” I ask.
“It always helps. You know, in our imaginations, we communicate with our body, mind, heart, soul and Mother Nature and receive answers for whatever we want to know. Is not it?” he says.
“How can we know by prayers?” I ask.
“You know, the prayers help us to live in the present. When we learn it, we think, feel and imagine properly. This helps us to search the right answer. Is not it?” he says.
“I cannot understand it, how can prayers help?” I ask.
“You see, when we search water to drink, we get it. Similarly, when we want to get an answer or solve a problem, it is a work of our mind, is not it?” he replies.
“I do not understand, when our mind works, how can the prayers help?” I ask.
“You are asking a funny question, when we pray, our mind comes into present. You know, granny says that when our mind comes into the present it works with great concentration and more effectively, so we get the answer and the art of problem solving, is not it?” he says.
“Yaw, it is true, now I understand that the prayer gives the magic touch to our mind and brings it back into the present to help us properly. It is a great thing, is not it?” I say.
“I feel the same, you know we usually hear from elders to live in the present and think about today, this is our daily need. Is not a wonderful help to our mind and body to work in a better way?” he says.
“Yaw, we have many daily needs like we eat, sleep and learn. They prayers guide us to do everything on right time and at right place, is not it?” I say,
“You are right, my granny says that we should learn to always live in the present, though we can remember our past and think about the future. Is not it?” he says.
“You see the prayers help a lot, as your granny says, is not it.” I say.
“I can give you a beautiful example of it which helps to keep us in the present?” he says.
“What is it?” I ask.
“It is our smile, is not it,” he says.
“We have smile, when we offer thanks, is not it?” I reply.
“No, not only this we usually see that one, who receives our thanks also smiles, is not it?” he says.
“You are a naughty child friend,” I say.
“Thanks, smile please,” he says.
“You are smiling, thanks for it,” I say.
“Thanks for your smile, you know granny says that the smile is also a magic touch for our body, mind, heart and the soul, is not it?” he says.
“Yaw, it is. It is good imagination, we just forget everything, when we smile, is not it?” I say
“Yaw, I always remember the smiling as a greeting card and never forget it. Ok, see you tomorrow, thanks for your sharing. Well, we should be leaving now, taking care that we smile before we speak,” he says.
“Yaw, it is a nice thing that we enjoy sharing it, have Happy Peace Night!” I say.
“Thanks, have Happy Peace Night,” he replied.

Learning Art of Problem Solving from Prayers!
Learning Art of Problem Solving from Prayers!
“Hey, can you tell me, how does it prayers help in it?” I ask.
“You know, when we live in the present, our thoughts, ideas, imaginations and feelings receive the touch of creativity, the magic touch. Is not it?” he says.
“Is the touch of creativity is the magic touch?” I ask.
“Yaw, my granny says that with the magic touch of creativity, we come into the present. Is not it?” he replies.
“Do you want to say that prayer is a part of creative thinking, is it?” I ask.
“Yaw, when we pray, we come into the present and do the creative things. We make sketches and beautiful paintings, is not it?” he says. S
“Is prayer the creative thinking?” I ask.
“Yaw, you know, my granny says that the creativity is allowing our body, mind, heart and soul to work in harmony. The same harmony works in the prayers, is not it?” he says.
“Yaw, we need to relax, we cannot force our self to go to bed have sound sleep. Instead, we become get tense and cannot sleep. Is not it? Does prayer help in it?” I ask.
“You know, when we live in the present, we feel relaxed. The prayer helps us to live in the present. She says that when worry about the future or think of bad events of the past, we cannot do anything creative, is not it? We also feel irritated and angry, is not it?” I say.
“Yaw, granny says that we feel angry because we cannot relax, she says that we need to learn to relax. Is not it?” he says.
“Well, I agree. It is right, when are angry we feel tense. We also speak some bad words, we cannot offer thanks for anything is not it?” I say.
“Yaw, some people do it, but afterwards they regret and feel sorry. Is not it?” he says.
“Well, it is true, but how can we handle anger with prayers?” I ask.
“You know, what granny says that we demand that the person at whom we are angry should offer thanks to us. She says we should not always be demanding, because we seek thanks, we could learn to offer thanks. If we pray and offer thanksgiving, when we are angry, we can save our self from the bad effects of anger, is not it?” he says.
“You are right, but it is very difficult. It seems a big problem, is not it?” I ask.
“Yaw, it is true. It is difficult. However, granny says that it is like problem solving. She laughs and tells that we need to use first aid,” he says.
“How can we use first aid for anger?” I ask.
“You know, the first aid for anger is to drink some water, count ten numbers, leave it for sometime and recalling the bad effects of anger when it bites?” he says.
“How can it bite?” I ask.
“You know, granny says that when anger bites us our heart beats fast, eyes become red, the body feels tense and we speak the wrong words and some people want to give a blow. There are many other bad effects when it bites. I cannot count, I just pray and offer thanks,” he says.
“Yaw, it is right, it bites, we should learn to escape from this danger. Is it a disease?” I ask.
“No, it is not a disease. However, granny says that it can create many diseases, do not worry just solve it like a problem,” he says.
“You are right, when we solve problems, we can first learn to relax, when we in this mood, the anger cannot bite. How can we handle it if it persists?” I ask.
“It is simple, we take it as a problem and solve. We note down what others and we say in anger then we read these written notes, correct it and go to the solution. My granny says that we should offer payer of thanksgiving before and after solving a problem, is not it?” he replies.
“Yaw, otherwise, we may get nervous and cannot solve any problem, is not it?” I say.
“Yaw, you are right,’ he replies.
“Thanks, you have good ideas,” I say.
“You are welcome, please always remember me in your prayers,” he says.
“Yaw, I will,” I reply.
“Thanks it helps to solve and fix our problems, is not it” he says.
“Yaw, you are right,” I say.

The Freedom of the Scientists and the Political Impriosonment!
The Freedom of the Scientists and the Political Impriosonment!
We all are proud to be modern people. However, we seem in the need to keep the dignity of this word "proud.” When any politician declares that, the use of nuclear weapons against any country is the fight for peace. We do not hear that anyone saying that one regrets that it went to the extent that there came the need that science and technology has a misuse for warfare rather than welfare. If one says that as a leader or a politician one does not regret what action was taken, it is not the humanly goal. We do not hear from the honorable members of global political family that they regret about the military action, the one who uses sword.... and thus it goes against the human family that we never seem to regret that there is increasing use of weapons on behalf authorities at the time when the vehicles going for Red Cross helplessly spread pollution as well. We are spreading the thought pollution.
The use of weapons for political gain seems as if we want to share the air present in the environment as an anti-ICU system for us. The purpose of science is to give better health to all. If a war goes in the gulf and pollution of the weapons is spreading globally and we all are inhaling it. We need to pause and think if we are proud of using weapons or our minds for winning the environment in which the scientist may repair the living vehicles with loaded weapons. It simply means that our body is a living vehicle with full defense mechanism, the military in the count of billions. We are sending the troops of pills to fight the failure of inner peace, the defense mechanism, spreading HIV and AIDS. On the other hands the troops are using the scientific pills the bombs or the similar ones for peace outside. We seem to fail in both, taking two types of the pills, for our bodies and for others.
The science can never be able to manage these two different and yet, integrated defense mechanism, if the honorable members of the political world do not allow them to live them in the scientific world. Therefore, I would appeal on behalf of all those who inhale the polluted air globally that let think, if we were deaf, dumb and blind, it could have been a beautiful world for all of us. The deaf, dumb and the blind people are creative and gifted people, who use their mind in a better way than we can use. We can think about it if we just allow the scientists to save the global problems just for next five years or so. They need the freedom as the press needs. Thanks! I am always seeking your good wishes, blessings and prayers. Dr. Harmander Singh
