When He Holds Me

I feel protected for his heart is my shield;

I feel sheltered for his body is my home;

I feel secure for he’s there when I'm falling;

I feel warm for he’s my blanket;

Feelings of Christmas

The peace you can feel while walking in snow;

The warmth flowing from a fireplace aglow;

The wishes of all little boys and girls;

The candy canes made in peppermint swirls;

Natural High

I walk along a beautiful beach
And know nothing is too far from my reach.

I pet a butterfly usually so scared
And know there are problems that are bared.

I talk to God when I want to know why
