My Struggle with losing weight
I've always wanted to lose weight. After having children I've tried many diets to find out they didn't work. I advise anyone trying to lose weight is to give weight watchers a try. You can eat what you want, but with smaller portions. You would be guided by a point system, which I found very easy to follow. I've learned that when trying to lose weight, you have to be motivated. What motivated me was that my job had a biggest loser contest, so I entered it. By eating the right size portions, and healthier foods, I've lost 12 pounds in one month.
