As a Superintendent previously for 5 years, I have rented hundreds of units. I have dealt with both seasoned renters who know what to expect, and with newbies who nearly have anxiety attacks over all the P's and Q's. I am writing this article to hopefully lend some helpful tips to those inexperienced in dealing with the rental market, and maybe a few tidbits for those of you who have been doing the rental thing for a while.

I recieved this message in my Inbox today.....please be careful of anyone attempting to rope you into this scam....I have edited out this person's contact info to avaoid "defaming" her.....but I have passed the original onto Xomba's support team. I just wanted you to all be aware of this.....
