If you said yes, and I think most people can, you need to learn the five rules of picking out a stylist. A majority of people wake up one day and think "I need a hair cut," or "I think I'll get my hair colored today." Afterwards, they get in their cars and stop at the first salon they see. This can be a huge mistake.
