What did you have for dinner tonight? We had...

I truly believe that putting a home cooked meal on the table should be attempted at least once a week. In this house it’s more likely to happen 5 or 6 times a week. And I generally try to cook two meals at one time. If I’m messing up the kitchen, why not chop, peel and dice one day and reap the rewards for two. It’s better than having to resort to take-out because I got bogged down and couldn’t make it happen.

So that's who the little purple guy is...does he have a name??

I'm new here and I was just reading someone's Xombyte about reasons to use Xomba and found out who the goofy little purple alien is. I can use all the help I can get so that's good to know. I just though he was a strange purple guy with a big head, an overbite and what appears to be a belly button in the middle of his chest.

Save money...free food

Okay, who doesn't want free food? If you eat salad you know how expensive it can get. Not to mention that if you don't get to it right away it will melt to brown sludge in the bottom of the vegetable drawer and therefore cost you even more (I see it as having to buy the same food twice if I don't consume it, that's not cheap). When I clean out my drawer I imagine myself throwing 5 dollar bills in the trash by the handful.
