I took up BSE-English just because I had to finish a degree. I don't hate teaching, but I believe that that kind of work is not for me. Oh, I am effecient, but never effective. As a result, I had to give up that dream for something I love the most--writing!

Right. Many people really believe that having a lot of achievements can make them happy. Yet, we keep on wondering why many of those successful people want to die (worse, they want to die by using their own hands!). Let us take into account one of my favorite writers, Ernest Hemingway. Who could have thought that despite his success in writing he still wanted to die?

The world is constantly evolving. We, too, keep on progressing. We manage to create our own world. From being a man of nothing to a man of something. But, are we really improving?

We are proud that we are able to use cars now to go to places. Cars make it possible for us to travel easily and shortly. Yet, we hardly visit our families or friends.

Procrastination is a type of behavior which is characterized by deferment of actions or tasks to a later time (www.wikipedia.com). This kind of behavior is not new to many. In fact, we have been doing this one way or another. So, why do we have this behavior? What are the reasons that might cause this?

I have always been jealous of people who get everybody's attention. I always think that I am not a very likeable person just because nobody seems interested with me. With that, I felt miserable.

However, now, I learn that everything has its own time. Sure, there are things that are accepted rather early than the others. But, it doesn't mean that the other things left will no longer be noticed. They only wait for the right time, right timing.
