While most of us see our cats as fairly self-sufficient, they really do need us. They rely on us to feed them, pet them (on their terms), let them outside, let them inside, etc. You know the drill. What they don't want us to know is when they are injured, sick, or in pain.

Please and Thank You, where have you gone? Are we facing the total collapse of courtesy?

What has happened to the use of common courtesy? The appropriate use of the words 'please' and 'thank you' represent courteousness in its most basic level. Why are these three little words so scarce these days?
