You don't have to work with a Real Estate Agent, just use one of the REAL ESTATE LAWYERS we have listed. This site is not associated with any other real estate company who claim to be the only show in town. It is our job to show you there are other ways to swap your home besides feeling forced into a simultaneous closing. We have no vested interest besides seeing this economy get better. All transactions are up to you, we simply provide you an online mechanism. We are too small to maintain this site for you but yet we do this on our own spare time, and we don't want recognition for it, we are nerds and we rather keep our existence private.
