Being a teacher in an informal language institution in a developing country is fun. You don't have to get up in the morning and rush to school. No crowded classes with over 35 students and most of all you can meet a lot of people from different backgrounds. However, as with everything else, there's a darker side of having this fun learning environment, testing the students. Why testing? Because the life of a course could hang on a thread just because of those small tests the teachers give.
