I was watching this guy (a magician) do some tricks with cards. People were amazed by his tricks, and this guy (the magician) was excited seeing the people applaud and say things like, "That's amazing!" or "He's awesome!"

Web Design - Design vs. Technology

There are a million different kinds of web designers out there, but for me to pick someone; they've got to have a good web site themselves. If they can't even design their own sites well, what are they going to do for me? Some of the web designer sites out there have so many bells and whistles; they are way too over the top and corny. Ok, I get it, you know how to design! But I want to see something that looks professional and classy and at the same time, I want to see that they can also be playful, without looking sloppy.
