Toran Abbott's Xombytes
Touch of Skin
Rain splattering on an open window’s pane-
Chittering and chattering, my winged friends-
And I wait patiently for the Sun to rise again.
I await your loving whisper,
As I Sit Here (A Con)
As I sit here
and contemplate, onething most surely comes to mind.
As I lay here, and decimate, the very borders in my mind.
As I wonder, most innocent, why I shouldn't pull the little bar

Mosquito Alarm "Swatted" in UK
Two years ago, a seemingly revolutionary device went public - namesaked the Mosquito for the high frequency piercing sound it makes - with the aim to put an end to loitering.
The painfully annoying pitch is said to be undiscernable by most adults over 25, and such devices have since been installed in some 3,500 stores, schools, and municipal buildings around London, to prevent teenagers from hanging about after hours.

Urban Forest
A world of carefully folded forests
Placed side by side
on six levels of bias here
seven or nine there-
A million great oaks
and a million great pine
Inhabiting a room made of two dozen maple
