I'm sure everyone reading this is equally sick of tips and hacks or whatever you call them to improve download and startup/shutdown speed which dont work.

A simple google search for the same leads to almost infinite softwares claiming to accelerate over 400% !
This is all stupid.

Allow me, friends to tell you the MANUAL and LOGISTIC method of accelerating and speeding up your windows OS (not only XP) to the maximum extend possible. Yes, after you did all my tweaks, its IMPOSSIBLE for any software to tweak it further.

Although I'm still writing this guide book, you can safely use all the tweaks. NEWER COPY WILL BE RELEASED SOONER THAN YOU CAN GUESS!!
IF you need help, I'm the man. All quarries will be answered.
