Yahoo Vehemetly Rejects Microsoft's Offer to Buy.

A new proposal was presented to the board of Yahoo, from Microsoft, that suggested breaking the company up after purchase. Yahoo rejected the proposal, strongly, but said they were still open to selling the company, for a less insulting amount.
