Yoga Before Bed

Your body will feel more relaxed and your breathing will be deeper. Take out tension before you go to sleep and wake up well rested. Some of the best poses to use before going to bed are the simplest ones of yoga. The poses are the mountain, cobra, hanuman (legs split apart), triangle, and sitting back twist.
Don't forget to exercise your eyes by trying to stare at the middle of your forehead for as long as possible. Also keeping your head forward, try to stare at the tip of either shoulder. Finally, stare at your nose. Discover the power of yoga to sleep more soundly.
