Your Dreams And Their Meanings
posted September 15, 2008 - 12:16amProphets and saints received messages of their divine mission through dreams. So, why do we keep on dismissing the pictures we see while we're asleep as "just a dream"? For all we know these dreams might also be telling us an important message. Psychologist David Fontana, author of The Secret of Language of Dreams, gives meaning of our dreams:
1. Falling. A sign that you feel insecure or lack emotional support. It may also be a warning that you're setting yourself for a fall at what you're doing.
2. Flying. It's time to take a risk in your career of life. If you dream of being in a hot-air balloon, it suggests fantasy, or desire to rise above everyday problems.
3. House. It represents "the self" If it's an unfinished house or in poor condition, it might be warning you of an illness or a change in personality.
4. Mountains. Climbing one may mean a desire or aspiration for higher things or positions. It also signifies self-determination.
5. Nudity. Dreaming of being naked in front of the whole class or while attending a party means that something is bothering you, you feel vulnerable, exposed and worried. This is a typical anxiety dream.
