Your Mother's a Bitch

Your Mother's a Bitch

Oh the moments until life
The agonizing days and nights
A painful fight
Martyrs and Heroes
Died for what’s right
But mothers die in lack of rights
Heaven only knows
The number of times
A woman has been called
Bitch slut and ho.
We suppress and oppose
The seeds to grow
Dear Mother,
I've come to realize
That in society's eyes
Males are held high
Motivated by pride
He forgets the woman by his side
The mother who's pain resides inside
But every girl he meets,
Its a matter of getting inside
Legs open, legs closed
Fully clothed, no clothes
Bitch slut or ho
Where'd our respect for women go?
If she resists
She’s a ho
If she submits
She’s a ho
If she sleeps around
Shes a ho
If he sleeps around
He’s a bro
A pimp, player, G
It sickens me
That we knowingly
Lower our women to their knees
Where the mindset of society
Is in favor of a "he"
Rather than a "we"
Did we not fight for equality?
Yet we still call our women
"babies, chicks, girls, dolls, and ladies"
I've been thinking lately
What's the difference between a sexist and a racist?
Besides the change of faces
Our hate just moved to different places
Read between the lines of the spaces
What’s the difference between a sexist and a rapist?
Do they not abuse the inners in a sense?
Where malice meets innocence
To destroy in an instant
From end to start
Do they not spread her apart?
Leaving their imprints on her mind and heart
The stain more than just a mark
Some of the greatest are taking steps
To stop this language of death
This dead language - a waste of breath
But we all must take that step
So I plead with you first
To slowly remove this curse
This curse will only get worse
This curse that only brings hurt
So Think about that bitch, slut, ho
My wide range of brothers
You and I both know
Every women grows to be a mother
So before you verbally rape another
Think about your own mother.

I hope you enjoy the poem: Your Mother's a Bitch.

About tatenthinh's poem

Your poem truly takes a bit of the way the world is these days and puts it in an interesting format with in-your-face wording. If this is your original work, you are extremely talented! Hope you are signed up for Google AdSense, so you can get the ad revenue your writing will generate. As for me, I am better suited to writing research documents – especially essays and term papers. Still, I recently wrote a poem, though it is meant to be humorous rather than poignant – Just a poem for everybody who has experience of their cat always being in the physical space where they need/want to be. “There’s A Cat In the Way” If you like to read poetry as well as write it, check out this very moving historical poem about a girl on trial for stealing three loaves of bread. This is my favorite overall poem. It is called “Guilty or Not Guilty” and sometimes “Bar of Justice.” “Guilty or Not Guilty” or “Bar of Justice” Just to round things out, here is my favorite animal-related poem as well: “The Little Cat Angel.” It tells the tale of a kitten gone to Heaven to find his owner, but isn’t let in. “The Little Cat Angel” With respect, Lori of shawnandlori
