I am confident that most us appreciate good looks. I believed God appreciate it too if not then every flowers , oceans and lands look plainly the same. He is a great designer. Everything has its own beauty. Mankind gifted with their creativity and curiosity discovered they can enhance it and profit out of it and it became one of the biggest industry in the world… from clothes to cosmetics to things as not everyone is a gifted designer, painter…etc.
Now that we are in the era of world wide webs…. profile pages are so common and personal websites is a possession. . As it becomes popular so is the need for exquisite designs… from layouts to comments to graphics because it represent what is you or what is your website all about. It became an open door as another career. I used not to give care on how my page look, but in my own experienced every time I browse online I tend to linger more on the pages that caught my attention. Without a thought I am already interested in the subject. The necessity of the proper appearance does do something, one author even quoted " if it is a woman I will call it proper dress".
As each and everyone is uniquely beautiful, a little enhancement can do more. I don't say we should obsess with it. A total no-no. A woman like me can't help it at times. I overdo it a lot. To based the worth of something to its looks is like saying that a crystal and diamond made look alike has the same value. In contrast, it should not be used for biases, just because I am a diamond ring and everyone is a crystal ring that I won't be accepted, when that is the place for all rings. A crystal can do something that a diamond cannot.
I really loved those who appreciate the enhancement I do and those who are honest enough to say I need improvement. I become I aware that I can be better. I want to continue growing pleasantly not only in mind, character but in appearance too.
