Yummy Mango-Honey Slushie
Mangos (or mangoes) are a deliciously sweet tropical fruit with excellent thirst quenching and cooling properties. This mango-honey slushie WILL quench your thirst and cool you off on a hot summer's day! Try it out!
This will serve one or two people- (depends on how thirsty you are)
Ingredients: 1 Ripe Mango, peeled and chopped
2-3 Tablespoons of plain yogurt
1-2 Tablespoons of honey
3/4 Cup of crushed ice
Instructions: Place the chunks of mango, yogurt and honey in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add all of your crushed ice and blend until it's nice and slushy.
Pour into two chilled serving glasses and serve immediately. (garnish with a sprig of mint if you like)
Mangos are a great source of vitamins A and C as well as potassium. (Great as a post workout drink)
