Naveen Babu Ghanta, well known by his stage name Nani, is an Indian film actor, producer, host, and assistant director who was born on 24 February 1984 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He is basically known for his work in Telugu movies but Nani Hindi dubbed movies are also very famous. He won the State Nandi Award for Best Actor for Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu, and the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor – South for Bhale Bhale Magadivoy. He has appeared in numerous successful and hit movies and is thought to be one of the most popular and famous actors in Telugu cinema. Underneath the paragraph, we are sharing the entire rundown of Nani Hindi dubbed movies.
Nani did his schooling at St. Alphonsa’s High School and then studied at Narayana Junior College, S.R. Nagar, before graduating from Wesley’s. After his education, he became an assistant director and worked with Srinu Vaitla and Bapu, before working as an RJ for World Space Satellite in Hyderabad. He has a special craze among overseas Telugu audiences, particularly in the USA and Australia.
Apart from Rajamouli and Gautham Menon, every one of the directors he has worked with is relatively new and does not have any build-up or popular names in the industry. He has also shown up in a few Tamil movies. He has also hosted the 2nd IIFA Utsavam Awards Show along with Rana Daggubati.
He made his acting debut with Mohan Krishna Indraganti‘s 2008 comedy movie Ashta Chamma, an Indian adaptation of Oscar Wilde‘s play The Importance of Being Earnest. After Ashta Chamma‘s commercial success, Nani played the lead roles in three Telugu movies in the next two years: Ride (2009), Snehituda… (2009), and Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu (2010).
His first release in 2011, Ala Modalaindi, was a romantic comedy written and directed by Nandini Reddy. Nithya Menen was the female lead of the movie and it was her debut in Telugu. It was said that many of the scenes in the film were inspired by the life of Nani and Nandini Reddy. Nani’s performance in the film received positive reviews, with critics noting that he was “completely natural” and “living [his] role”. The movie was Blockbuster at the Box office.
Along with Ninnu Kori, Nani has delivered seven consecutive successful movies at the box office in a span of 3 years, a rare feat by any actor. His next movie MCA (Middle-Class Abbayi) is set to be released on December 21, 2017, with 3 more exciting projects in his career.
Nani became engaged on 12 August 2012, to his girlfriend of five years, Anjana Yelavarthy. Speaking to the Hyderabad Times, the actor said: “We exchanged rings in a simple ceremony in Visakhapatnam that was accompanied by both our families.” The couple got married on 27 October that year, in a private ceremony in the city.
